Vivienne Felix, Ph.D.

Vivienne Felix, Ph.D. serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Center for Professional Pathways. Her work is focused on developing the professional readiness of W&J students through a meaningful four-year learning experience rooted in holistic advising, mentoring, and exposure to the world of work. As part of the leadership team in Student Life, Vivienne also focuses on ways to help students thrive, and experience personal and academic success. She earned a B.A. in international affairs from Lafayette College, an M.A. in education from the University of Connecticut, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University.
