The Center for Energy Policy and Management (CEPM) at Washington & Jefferson College (W&J) will kick off its 2017-18 Energy Lecture Series at 7 p.m. Nov. 8 in Dieter-Porter 100 with a lecture from Steven Duong, the Design and Planning Texas Studio Lead at AECOM, a Fortune 500 engineering, design, and construction company.
